Google Docs & Slides updates let you insert & edit images on iOS!

Google updated their Docs & Slides apps yesterday!

Updates to the Google Docs & Slides mobile apps bring the ability to insert images directly into the app. No longer must you use the desktop version of Docs or Slides on a Chromebook, laptop or desktop computer.

You will now be able to access their camera roll or snap a new photo and insert it directly into a document or Slides presentation on your iPad or iPhone.

In addition, the update includes quicker access to make basic edits in Slides by allowing users to enter crop mode by double tapping any image in a presentation.

This long awaited update will make both apps much better tools for student learning!
